Chef Tony Khan Global Institute had organized a session about food safety and hygiene last Sunday. Chef Tony Khan, the Chairman of Chef Tony Khan Global Institute, was the chief guest of this session and also JP Fernandez from Philippine attended as honourable guest .
Organisers said, ‘It was a great session about food safety and hygiene. In this Covid-19 pandemic situation it’s a very major issue.’
MD. Assaffat Suhrid, Managing Director of Chef Tony Khan Global Institute, says, ‘We are arranging food safety and hygiene level 1 & 2 certification course which course will be operated by Ethnic Restaurants Safety Federation, UK and Chef Tony Khan Global Institute. Hopefully from August our Bangladeshi students will be able to get this course. It’s a great opportunity for our students, beginners and professionals in culinary, tourism and hospitality industry.’
In this online session fifty students, beginners, professional instructors has been attended. It was a successful awareness online session and The people who were presented at the event requested for more such online events in the future and applauded the organizers.
